I am a classically trained (Masters Degree from Memorial University in Newfoundland Canada) guitarist comfortable with a wide range of styles. I have been playing for 22 years.

I'm happy to work within most genres and I believe that I will be able to come up with a creative idea that suits exactly what my clients are looking for. I recently recorded and released a full album worth of original material in the country/americana genre but I grew up on hard rock and poppier tunes and I love finding the right fit for the song.

For electric gear I have an American Fender Strat Deluxe, and a Gibson Les Paul Classic that I run through a 15 watt Traynor YGL2 tube amp equipped with a nicely broken in Celestion v30. I also use a 5 watt Fender Vibrochamp XD (all tube) for some select applications. I also have a wide variety of pedals, but my go to is my TS808 tube screamer.

Acoustic I use a Taylor GC-4 steel string and a hand-built Sergei De Jonge concert classical (nylon).

My studio center piece is a Babyface Pro by RME and my preferred condensor is a BLUE Bluebird mic. I also use SM57/58's on occasion.

I also have a well treated recording space.
